INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Feb. 12, 2016) – It’s obvious the Indianapolis Colts have some work to do in the eyes of oddsmakers.
Among the frontrunners to reach Super Bowl 50 heading into the 2015 season, they find themselves among at No. 9 in the early odds to reach Super Bowl LI in Houston, according to Bovada.
The Colts, who finished at 8-8 last season and missed the playoffs for the first time since 2011, are listed at 20/1.
Atop Bovada’s list are the New England Patriots at 15/2. Super Bowl champion Denver and the Pittsburgh Steelers are next at 9/1 followed by the Carolina Panthers, Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks, all at 10/1. Dallas is 16/1 and the Arizona Cardinals are 18/1, followed by the Colts.
According to Bovada’s odds, the Colts are expected to regain control of the AFC South. The Houston Texans are 50/1, the Jacksonville Jaguars 66/1 and Tennessee Titans 100/1.
The only team with longer odds than the Titans are the Cleveland Browns at 150/1.
