INDIANAPOLIS — Citizens Energy Group has reported a water main break on the city’s south side that has caused a closure on both northbound and southbound Madison to Hanna to Castle Avenue. Crews are working to repair the issue.
Citizens says work is expected to last until 3 p.m. and motorists should use caution in the work area along with seeking alternative routes to avoid delays.
