INDIANAPOLIS — Semi truck crashes in ditch at the 465-mile marker by the Harding St. exit in the late morning causing slow and delayed traffic towards Greenwood.
CBS4 crews spotted the accident and grabbed the footage. It is not currently clear as to what caused the semi-truck crash.
