Missing 78-year-old Lebanon man found; Silver Alert canceled

UPDATE: Police say 78-year-old William Russell has been located.

LEBANON, Ind. (February 5, 2016) – Police have issued a statewide Silver Alert as they investigate the disappearance of a Lebanon man.

Police say William Russell, 78, was last seen in Lebanon on Thursday, February 4 at approximately 2 p.m. and he is believed to be in danger.

Russell is 5’10” and weighs 190 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He also has a noticeable mole on the right side of his chin. Russell was last seen wearing white shoes with blue shoelaces, blue pants, a turtleneck and a burgundy windbreaker with the words “Cool Lake” printed on it.

He is believed to be driving a 2007 blue Chrysler Town and County minivan with Indiana plate 295ACS.
