INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (March 30, 2016) — A man was stabbed by another man on the west side of Indianapolis Wednesday night.

Police say it happened around 6:30 p.m. inside of an O’Reilly Auto Parts store in the 3700 block of North High School Road.

When police arrived, they found a man suffering from at least one stab wound.

Witnesses say the victim was arguing with a woman when another man came up and started a verbal confrontation with him. They exchanged words and the man stabbed the victim. He was transported to Methodist Hospital in critical condition.

Police say the suspect is 5’5”-6’, with muscular build, wearing a blue mechanic style jump suit and armed with a knife. The suspect was seen fleeing the scene in a late 90’s style, black Ford F-150 pickup truck, with big chrome wheels and large all-season tires. If you see the suspect, do not attempt to approach, call 911 immediately.
