Public Works crews monitor flood potential

INDIANAPOLIS,Ind. (December 27, 2015)–Indianapolis Department of Public Works crews are keeping a close watch on the potential for flooding throughout the city.

DPW spokesperson, Jennifer Hashem, says they have plenty of sandbags on hand at DPW facilities.

Should a situation arise and sandbags are needed, the public will be notified where they may pick them up.

As of Sunday evening no flooding problems were being reported.
