Police seek man for questioning in connection with July homicide

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (July 17, 2015) – New footage may help police solve a July homicide case.

Police want to question the man seen in this surveillance video. Images show the man walking away from a fight. Investigators say he could have information about the murder of 26-year-old Ryan Gallet.

Gallet was found dead from a gunshot wound in the 1200 block of 33rd Street around 7:45 p.m. Sunday. The footage, shot around 12:15 p.m. outside a Marathon gas station, could help identify the man. Police said he was seen throwing punches at Gallet.

Police stress they only want to question the man at this time.
