INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Indianapolis police say a man could face charges after walking down the street, holding a knife to a baby.

The incident occurred near East 34th Street and North Keystone Avenue Friday evening.

Few details about the circumstances of the incident have been released, but the man was surrounded by officers as he walked down the street. Police say the situation has been resolved and the child is safe.

IMPD said the man could face criminal recklessness charges.
