BOONE COUNTY (April 19, 2015) – The Boone County Coroner’s office confirmed that the body recovered from the plane wreckage in  Boone County is that of 58-year-old Glenn Foy.

Last Saturday, April 11,  IMPD issued an alert about Foy who was last seen on radar April 3 flying a Yak 52 plane out of the Eagle Creek Airport. His departure was captured by surveillance cameras.

On Sunday April 12, investigators found a small plane crashed in Boone County in a field near Lebanon.

The coroner’s office confirmed Foy’s identity a week after he was found using dental records.
