INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (April 2, 2016) — With only a month left before the Indiana primary, people gathered at the Statehouse to support Democratic presidential nominee Bernie Sanders Saturday.
The event, which started at 11 a.m., included several speakers, including Sanders’ Indiana Campaign Director Pete D’Alessandro.
Attendees met fellow supporters and heard speeches about how they could possibly win Indiana for the candidate.
Campaign buttons and bumper stickers were also given out.
The Indiana primary is May 3.
