Happy Friday everyone! We are waking up to mostly clear skies and light winds. It is also a little chilly with temperatures in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Unlike the past couple of days our winds will remain light out of the northwest. Afternoon temperatures will once again climb above normal, reaching into the 50s.
We have lots of sunshine on the way today with increasing clouds this evening and overnight. Scattered rain showers are possible south of Indy in the very early morning hours and they will continue to spread northward towards daybreak Saturday.
If you are headed out to the Shamrock Run tomorrow morning at 10am it is looking a bit soggy and chilly with temperatures in the upper 30s. Temperatures will be hovering right around freezing north of Indianapolis so some areas could see a few snowflakes. Rain showers will continue through Saturday afternoon with more snow mixing in on Sunday morning. After a brief cool down over the weekend temperatures will quickly warm back into the 60s by Tuesday and Wednesday!
