TAYLORSVILLE, Ind. (Oct. 30, 2015)– The northbound lanes of U.S. 31 at I-65 in Taylorsville closed Friday night after a semi overturned.

Just after 6 p.m., police responded to a report of a semi and trailer that had been involved in a single-vehicle accident at the I-65 76B off ramp.

The vehicle was leaking hazardous material onto the road and was blocking all northbound lanes of U.S. 31. The lanes were closed during the cleanup process.

The driver of the semi, identified as Timothy S. Boshears, 41, of Trafalgar, was uninjured.
