INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – For the second day in a row, recordings of Jared Fogle spilling all played out on the nationally syndicated “Dr. Phil” show.
The journalist and FBI informant who turned Fogle in revealed audio tapes of Fogle detailing his sexual desires and interactions with children.
Rochelle Herman-Walrond revealed that Fogle wanted to prey on her own children, asking her to hold a party with many other children there.
Recordings also showed Fogle tried to involve Rochelle Herman-Walrond in his child sex scheme, even wanting her to perform sex acts with a young boy.
“How old are your kids again,” said Fogle, “Will you let me see your kids naked?”
“I mean I definitely want to see your kids naked, too. Okay, is that okay,” he said in taped conversations, “I’d like that very much. Yeah we’re gonna have so much fun, baby. We gonna have so many – you have no idea. You have no idea.”
Herman-Walrond is the journalist who took the tapes to the FBI and later became an informant. It’s evidence that ultimately led to the Subway pitchman’s undoing.
On Thursday’s show, tapes detailed how Fogle groomed his victims.
On Friday’s show, recordings revealed his strategy to lure young children to him.
“Just everything and just, you know, do little touchy, feely things with them, you know, make them feel good, and a little more touchy, feely, a little more touchy feely, a little more touchy feely and… And it’s that kind of stuff,” he said.
Fogle goes back before a federal judge for sentencing in three weeks. He could go to prison for more than a dozen years. Fogle has two children, and his wife has filed for divorce.
The “Dr. Phil” show is syndicated by CBS Television Distribution.
Rochelle Herman-Walrond said she paid a price for talking to Fogle for more than four years, saying she became a broken person.
