INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (January 4, 2015) — The new Miss Indiana State Fair has been crowned.
The crown was passed on to Madeline Hayden of Hendricks County on Sunday evening.
Hayden is the first from Hendricks County to be named the Indiana State Fair Queen.
She is a freshman at Purdue University, studying speech language and hearing sciences.
Hayden is the 57th Indiana State Fair Queen.
“I’m definitely excited for new experiences,” Hayden said after being crowned. “I have no idea what’s ahead so I’m just along for the ride.”
The 2015 Indiana State Fair takes place August 7th through the 23rd.
