UPDATE: The jury found Brian Etchison guilty on December 9.
MARTINSVILLE, Ind. (Jan. 29, 2015)— A firefighter with the Washington Township Fire Department in Morgan County has been charged with theft.
Brian Etchison was charged Thursday with felony theft where value of property is between $750 and $50,000.
Investigators tell CBS4 Etchison stole welding equipment from the department.
