IMPD officer on motorcycle suffers broken wrist after being hit by car

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – An IMPD officer on a motorcycle suffered a broken wrist after he was hit by a car on Friday near the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

According to IMPD, the officer was at West 10th Street and North McClure Street when he was struck. He was transported to the hospital with a broken wrist.

A wrecker was called to pick up the damaged motorcycle.
