GREENSBURG, Ind. (March 30, 2016) – Greensburg police are searching for the suspects that stole nine guns from a gun shop early Sunday Morning.

Greensburg Chief of Police Brendan Bridges says the police department received a report of the break-in at Wagner’s Barber Shop and Guns in the 500 block of West Sheridan around 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

Bridges says they believe at least one person entered the building by smashing the glass out of a side door. He also says nothing besides the guns appeared to be stolen from the shop.

No surveillance footage of the incident has been provided.

Detectives are working with the Indiana State Police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in the investigation, which is still in its early stages.

Anyone with information about the break-in is asked to call the Greensburg Police Department at 812-663-3131 and ask to speak with Chief Bridges or with a detective.
