INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Gleaners Food Bank is struggling to get donations this year in light of the new tax law. The law sets a higher limit for itemization, which reduces tax incentives and donations to charity.

Gleaners has received about $500,000 less in donations this year than normal.

A $1 donation can feed almost three families in need.
