There is a big difference between selling real estate and being a successful real estate agent. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty’s trusted advisor, Dick Richwine, provides insight on how his team helps Central Indiana homeowners.

Richwine and his team takes pride in their customer service as trusted advisors.  He contributes his success to always putting his clients first, and giving them more than they expect. “We always go the extra mile, we always treat our clients extra special.  I encourage my team to want to do more than somebody else would, we carry their stress for home buyers and sellers, and we create an excellent real estate experience for them,” Richwine said.

Richwine’s team is the number one team in the state.  He attributes that success to staying humble. “When you have perceived success, there are a lot of obligations that come with it so, it is important to stay humble. Our recognition has given me a platform to go out and speak to other real estate groups about the importance of keeping their priorities in order –your faith, family and vocation, while still being able to sell real estate,” Richwine said.

With more than 40 years in the real estate business, Richwine has learned a lot of lessons and negotiation skills he shares with clients, to help them make the best real estate decisions.  He also says the support he receives from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty has played a role in his success.  “The brand itself has just been awesome for us. From management, all the way down to the support staff, we receive 24/7 service and when we need something, it is there,” Richwine said. “The training sessions, mastermind sessions and motivational speakers have been excellent for the agents.”
