FRANKLIN, Ind. – A car crashed into a home in Franklin Monday morning, leaving behind significant damage.

According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, the car crashed into a home in the 1300 block of Grand Canyon Circle around 7 a.m.

The sheriff’s office said the driver suffered some injuries and the house sustained “major damage.”

Franklin Police Chief Timothy O’Sullivan said the crash was the result of driver error and that there was nothing criminal involved in the incident.
