DELAWARE COUNTY, Ind. –The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT ) will close the Delaware County Road 100 South road over Interstate 69 for approximately three weeks beginning Monday, June 6.
Contractors will repair concrete, replace the expansion joints and paint bridge components. The county road approaches to the bridge will also be resurfaced, and a thin polymer overlay will be applied to the bridge deck.
During the closure, a signed detour will direct county road traffic around construction and over I-69 via County Road 400S, County Road 900W and County Road 1000W/Madison County Road 500E.
Some work on the project will require overnight lane restrictions on I-69. All work on the contract is expected to be complete before the end of July, 2016.
