Family fight sends man to hospital in critical condition with stab wound

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — A man is in critical condition after being stabbed in a home early Sunday morning on the near northwest side of Indianapolis.

Shortly after 2 a.m., police were called to a home in the 1500 block of Roache Street in reference to a family fight.

Officers found a man who had been stabbed inside the home.

EMS personnel rushed the man to the Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition.

Police say they have identified at least one suspect who was involved in the altercation, but are still in the early stages of their investigation.

Investigators say they believe this was an isolated incident and that everyone involved was related.
