Tucker Antico meteorologist

Tucker Antico joined the Weather Authority in August of 2021. Before coming to Indy, he spent two years working at WEAU-TV in Eau Claire, Wisconsin as a part of their SkyWarn13 weather team.

During his time in the Badger State, he won a Wisconsin Broadcasters Association award for “Best Online Personality” and was twice a finalist for “Best Local Meteorologist” in the Volume One Reader Poll.

Tucker has been passionate about weather for as long as he can remember. He first began reporting the weather to his family at just two years old! In high school, Tucker ran a popular weather website and was even an advisor to local school superintendents in calling snow days.

Tucker graduated from Penn State University with a BS in meteorology in May of 2019. He finished with a concentration in weather risk management and minor in energy business & finance with the original intent to go into the private sector. It was an internship at WCVB-TV in Boston before his senior year that turned him to broadcasting. While at Penn State he also led the Storm Chase Team as president, and considers storm chasing one of his favorite hobbies.

Despite hailing from Boston, Tucker is an avid New York Rangers, Giants, and St. Louis Cardinals fan thanks to family from both cities. There’s almost never a moment when he isn’t cheering on the Nittany Lions either!

In his free time, Tucker enjoys playing nearly any sport, but hockey will always be his favorite. He is incredibly excited to continue his career in the Midwest and to tackle all of the challenges that come with forecasting our weather.

Tucker loves interacting with people on social media. Give him a follow @tuckerweather on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and even TikTok!
