Man critically injured in shooting on Indy’s near southwest side

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department say a man is in critical condition after getting shot multiple times on the city’s near southwest side.

The shooting occurred along West Morris Street around 1:45 a.m. on Wednesday. Police say the man was shot multiple times all over his body.

He was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
