INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.-- Fire crews were called to the scene of a house fire Friday night on the city's northwest side.
The two-alarm fire was reported around 9 p.m. at Morning Dove Drive and Nuthatcher Drive, near West 62nd Street and Guion Road.
Officials say the fire started in a vacant home, in the middle of the three affected homes. It was fully engulfed when crews arrived on the scene. The vacant home was destroyed.
The fire spread to a second home, causing damage to the garage and a vehicle inside. A third home had damage to the siding.
A witness told authorities they had seen "suspicious activity" in that area earlier in the night.
No injuries were reported in the fire. Arson investigators have been called to the scene.
