CAMBY, Ind. – Local law enforcement came together Saturday morning to make Christmas a little more special for hundreds of kids.

The “shop with a cop” event was part of Indiana State Police’s Trooper Bartram Memorial Foundation Christmas for Kids.

State troopers along with officers from other agencies took 200 kids shopping at a Walmart in Camby. The kids then put their presents under the Christmas tree.

The annual Trooper Bartram Memorial Foundation Motorcycle Ride raises money for the event. Trooper Bartram was killed in 1998 in a crash while on duty.
