Today is one of the biggest travel days of the year and it is going to be VERY wet for most of the day.  High temperatures will get into the mid to upper 40s along with rain through the evening hours.

Another surge of moisture will arrive between 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.  Rain totals through tonight will range between 0.5" and 1".  Temperatures will remain above freezing so no ice or snow is expected.

Across the nation today, it will be wet across the Midwest, stormy across the south and snowy along the Great Lakes.  Looking out west you'll find snow in the higher elevations and rain closer to Seattle/Portland.

Rain will move OUT of Central Indiana in time for Thanksgiving. Tomorrow will be partly-mostly cloudy with a high of 48.

Tailgaters will see dry conditions downtown before the Colts game which kicks off at 8:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving night.

Temperatures will be more mild this weekend, before more wet weather rolls in at the start of next week.
