After a cold front crossed Central Indiana, winds have shifted and are from the north. This northerly wind will keep us cooler today. Highs won't make it out of the 50s with a cloud/sun mix. No umbrellas will be needed today! We're looking at a big stretch of dry weather to persist through the weekend.

The big story will be our FIRST FREEZE of the season that will happen on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Lows outside of Indianapolis will drop into the mid-upper 20s, while in Indy lows will bottom out in the low 30s.

Our weekend highs will be cool, especially Saturday where we won't make it out of the 40s!

Our next chance for rain arrives Monday.
