Emergency crews in Hendricks County respond to fatal crash

HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. – Emergency crews in Hendricks County responded Tuesday to a fatal crash.

The Hendricks County Sheriff’s Department said the crash happened just before noon at West U.S. 40 and Masten Road west of Stilesville.

The crash involved three vehicles, including a motorcycle, police said. The person riding the motorcycle, 39-year-old William Imhausen, died.

Three other people were injured in the crash. They have been identified as Dianna Pilcher, Mary Jane Morris and Mark Dyer. They were transported to a local hospital.

Police said the preliminary investigation showed Dyer was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of U.S. 40.

The crash remains under investigation.
