We are dry and hot through the weekend with rain returning early next week

It's ANOTHER Knozone Action Day for elevated ozone levels in the lower atmosphere. Once again for those with asthma or other respiratory illnesses should limit outdoor activity until 8 p.m.


The heat and sunshine continue today.


In fact we stay dry, warm and sunny right through the weekend with highs in the mid to upper 80s each day.  We will be dry for the IU and Purdue games on Saturday with temperatures in the 80s.

The pattern breaks early next week. We'll have spotty rain chances on Monday, which will get heavier on Tuesday and Wednesday with over an 1" expected.


Cooler air moves in by next Tuesday.
