INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.-- IMPD released photos Tuesday of a suspected serial robber.

Police believe the suspect was involved in a robbery on Sept. 3 at the Circle K located at 2434 North Keystone Avenue. He's also suspected of robbing the Crown Liquors and Big Red Liquors on the city's north side.

In each case, the man threatened the cashier with a black semi-automatic handgun.

"He’s clearly armed, he’s not afraid to produce a weapon and threaten and intimidate clerks at these businesses," says IMPD Major Richard Riddle.

Riddle says detectives believe he's also responsible for at least three other robberies, but can't release any information about those at this time.

"Our fear is that as he gets a little more bold or gets a little more brave throughout these robberies that either he’s going to hurt a clerk, he’s going to be confronted by somebody in the store or he’s going to be confronted by us if we walk in during one of these robberies," says Riddle.

By releasing the video, IMPD is hoping someone will come forward with information about the suspect. Anyone who has information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (317) 262-TIPS.
