INDIANAPOLIS - The race for President seems to be getting closer, with many recent polls showing a virtual dead heat.

But what really matters in November is the Electoral College- the state-by-state tally of electoral votes that ultimately determines the winner. It takes 270 electoral votes to win.

Recent estimates based on the polls show Hillary Clinton with 273 electoral votes, and Donald Trump with 265.

But what if it ends in a tie? It could be the ultimate chaos scenario. And in the video above, IN FocusĀ panelists Jennifer Wagner & Mike Murphy break down the race and discuss the possibilities that could lead to a tie on November 8.
