Rain chances will go up and stick around this afternoon, evening and all day Saturday, but we'll also have a lot of dry time to enjoy this weekend as well. It will NOT be a washout, but you will have to keep outdoor plans flexible as showers will be spotty and there will be the occasional heavy downpour. T-showers today will be possible after lunch time and continue through this evening. Temperatures will still be mild despite the clouds and occasional showers.
You can see the spotty nature of showers on Futureview today at 3 p.m. It will look very similar through the evening.
Football Friday Night may be impacted by a few spotty storms, but we will also have A LOT of dry time as well.
Most spots will pick up ~0.5" through Sunday AM, with up to 1" in some localized spots. Saturday will NOT be a washout, but we will keep extensive cloud cover around with spotty T-showers all day, and the occasional heavy downpour, but we'll also see plenty of breaks in the rain as well.
The first half of next week will be sunny and warm.
