48 hours of storms before relief arrives this weekend

Heavy rain is likely across central Indiana over then next two days. We'll have a marginal risk for severe storms Friday and under some of the stronger storms up to two inches of rain is likely. This will be the third consecutive Friday with gusty t-storms and a lightning threat for Football Friday Night. The scattered storms will move through ahead of a strong cold front. Behind the front we'll have a cooler, less humid weekend. Expect highs in the 70s this weekend. Gusty northwest winds will be with us for Saturday and we'll have a full day of sunshine will calmer winds on Sunday.


We'll have a marginal risk for severe weather for the next 48 hours.


Showers are likely Friday at the bus stop.


Scattered showers are likely Friday morning.


Scattered t-storms are likely Friday afternoon.


Heavy rain is likely Friday night through Saturday morning.


The rain will end Saturday afternoon.


Up to two inches of rain is likely over the next two days.


We'll have a sunny Sunday.


Expect milder temperatures this weekend.
