It won't be terribly hot today, but the heat will build in steadily as the week progresses. Thunderstorms will pop as the day wears on. The best chance to see storms this afternoon will be along I-70, including Indianapolis and south. Storms will stay below severe limits and die out after sunset.
Highs this afternoon will top out in the mid 80s, but with the humidity it will feel more like 90.
Heat indices will climb each day...and by Thursday and Friday we're back to triple digit heat indices.
We'll see more dry time than wet this week, but there will be small T-storm chances each day through the weekend.
