Storms possible Tuesday, especially south of Indianapolis

It is still going to be a warm and moderately humid day. We will stay BELOW Heat Advisory criteria but heat indices will still range between 90 and 95 by 3 p.m. today and tomorrow. The actual air temperature will be in the mid-upper 80s.

We do have small rain chances, but overall there will be more dry hours than wet. The best chance to get wet will be along the I-70 corridor and south today.

We'll likely have some storms around for the 5 p.m. drive as you see on Futureview.

The best chance to get wet this week will be Thursday and Friday. That thunderstorm activity clears out in time for the weekend and gives way to sunshine, lower humidity and comfortable temperatures.
