Scattered storms and milder temperatures are on the way

Scattered t-storms brought flooding to south central Indiana Tuesday. More rain is likely later this week as a storm system approaches and some areas will see another inch of rain. After the next front passes we’ll enjoy milder, less humid weather. The best news of all, no 90-degree heat in the seven day forecast. Indianapolis temperatures have been above 70 degrees for the past eight days, We should end that streak over the weekend.


So far this summer has trended above average on temperatures.


We are now up to 14 days, of 90-degree heat.


Temperatures have remained above 70 degree for the past eight days.


Expect a mainly dry Wednesday.


Scattered t-storms are likely Thursday.
