Man arrested, charged with aggravated battery after Lebanon stabbing
LEBANON, Ind. – Police made an arrest after a stabbing in Lebanon last month.
Late in the morning on June 22, Kristy Reisinger, 38, was stabbed in the neck and hands. Her injuries were not life-threatening, police said.
Reisinger walked out of a wooded area into the parking lot of a KFC restaurant around 11:30 a.m. to report the attack. Police were looking for 39-year-old John Lacey in connection with the incident. He was arrested last week and charged with aggravated battery.

Police talked to another person of interest and cleared him in the case. They said the man didn’t know about the stabbing and wasn’t there during the incident.
Members of Lebanon’s Freedom Church said Reisinger was a regular attendee who volunteers at the church. She had been living at a small homeless camp in the area. Police said Lacey may have also lived at the camp.
