INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Jim Irsay is turning to his old quarterback for a bit of advice.

The Colts’ owner and CEO told Indy Sports Central back in March he would give the speech to induct Marvin Harrison into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

“I cannot tell you how grateful and honored I am to be asked by one of pro football’s all-time greatest players – Marvin Harrison – to present him into the Hall of Fame,” Irsay said at the time. “Marvin provided innumerable exciting, jaw-dropping memories for me, and presenting into the Hall is very humbling.”

Now, the man who probably understands Harrison’s on-field excellence the best, Peyton Manning, is giving Irsay some insight.

Manning and Harrison share the NFL record for most touchdowns between a quarterback-receiver combo at 114. Harrison will enter the Hall in an enshrinement ceremony on Saturday, August 6.
