ORLANDO, FL – A doctor at Orlando Regional Medical Center posted a picture of his shoes from the night of the massacre.
The shoes are stained with blood and tell an emotional story of the extreme suffering and loss of life that occurred early Sunday morning with a gunman opened fire at Pulse nightclub.
Dr. Joshua Corsa, a surgical resident at Orlando Regional Medical Center, was one of the many doctors who treated the more than 50 victims injured in the shooting.
Corsa’s shoes, which he said he’s had less than a week, are another glimpse at not only the devastation that occurred on June 12, but also the tremendous amount of compassion and care exercised by the medical staff.
Corsa posted the picture yesterday, and it’s received over 320,000 shares.
