Suspects face murder, robbery charges after fatal shooting in Burger King parking lot

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Police announced a pair of arrests in the death of a 21-year-old man who was killed during a shootout at an Indianapolis Burger King in November.

The shooting happened on Nov. 7, 2015, in a Burger King parking lot located near West 38th Street and North Illinois Street on the city’s near north side. A large crowd gathered after the shooting; 21-year-old Anthony Dean died.

On Wednesday, May 25—six months after the shooting—police arrested Davon Keeylen, 19, on charges of murder and robbery. He’s being held at the Arrestee Processing Center.

In January, police arrested Davon Grady in the case. Grady, who’s also charged with robbery and murder, is being held at the Marion County Jail as he awaits trial.
