Sage Karam crashes into wall during Indy 500

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Sage Karam has crashed into a wall in turn one of the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500.

Karam’s crash happened in the 94th lap.

It was the second crash of the day.

A yellow flag was flown and the race was stalled while crews cleaned the track of debris.

Karam was checked out by medics on scene and was released.
