COLUMBUS, Ind. — Howard County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Columbus man this week on intimidation charges.
A deputy arrived at Kenneth Wayne Alltop Jr.’s house just after 3 p.m. Tuesday after a report of a disturbance.
The deputy found Alltop, 41, attempted to set his residence on fire and threatened one of his neighbors with an ax.
Alltop complained of chest pain and was taken to Columbus Regional Hospital. He was evaluated, released and taken into custody on preliminary charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon,
He remains in the Bartholomew County Jail on $15,000 bond.
