NEW GOSHEN, Ind. – A 9-year-old boy was sent to the hospital after being hit by a truck while riding his bike in New Goshen Friday.
Police say Noah Hoopingarner rode his bike across Rangeline Place into the path of 17-year-old Gabriel Dreher’s 1994 Chevrolet pickup around 7:06 p.m.
Hoopingarner was reportedly riding from a nearby yard to his home.
The boy was stabilized by members of the New Goshen Fire/Rescue and transported to Terre Haute Union Hospital by paramedics from Riley Fire/EMS.
