Man arrested for allegedly exposing himself at Indianapolis Walmart
Brandon Emery pleaded guilty to public indecency. He was sentenced to 1 year, with the sentence suspended except for time served. He’ll also serve 40 hours of community service and is ordered to stay away from Walmarts in Marion County.
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – A man was arrested after he allegedly exposed himself at Walmart on the city’s northwest side.
Police were dispatched to the Walmart in the 4500 block of Lafayette Road on Wednesday around 7:45 p.m. Upon arrival, the officers met with a loss prevention officer who showed him a live feed on a surveillance camera positioned in one of the aisles.
According to the officers, the camera showed a man with his exposed penis in the aisle while other patrons were shopping. The suspect continued this behavior as he walked through several aisles.

The officers approached the suspect, later identified as Brandon Emery, in the children’s clothing section. When Emery saw the officers, they say he turned around and appeared to shove something in his pants.
Emery was placed into handcuffs and escorted to the loss prevention office. According to officers, Emery later admitted to fondling himself.
The officers discovered that there was an open warrant out of Delaware County for theft, and Emery was placed under arrest.
