INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (April 22, 2016)-- Ron Craft was unhappy enough on Thursday night after watching the Pacers lose. That unhappiness only grew after the game when he returned to his car, which was parked in the Moon Garage at Circle Center Mall.

"I went to swing around one of the pillars in the garage and I felt the right side of my car drop," said Craft,  "I get out to find all four tires are laid out in various angles that are not correct."

That's because someone had stolen all the the lug nuts from his car's tires. When Craft started to drive out of the garage, the tires all fell off, leaving his blue Dodge Charger with damage.

"Words cannot describe the amount of anger I experienced," said Craft, "I don't think I've ever been that mad in my life."

IMPD is investigating but so far have not said anything about potential suspects. Given how inexpensive lug nuts are, Craft thinks whoever is responsible was after much more.

"I wouldn't be surprised if they were after the wheels and tires," said Craft, who works at a car dealership, "selling cars I know how expensive they can get. But if someone was just doing it as a prank, that is completely ridiculous and unsafe."

If you have any information about the crime, you're asked to call IMPD.
