One suspect arrested, another still at large after attempted robbery in Fishers

Suspect in attempted robbery in Fishers.

FISHERS, Ind. (April 4, 2016)– Police are searching for a suspect in connection with an attempted robbery.

The attempted robbery took place on March 26 at the Kroger located at 7272 Fishers Crossing drive, near 116th Street and Allisonville Road.

Police say a juvenile male gave the pharmacist a note saying he was going to rob the pharmacy of prescription medicine. The pharmacist gave the suspect what he asked for.

As he attempted to run from the store, he was detained by employees, who held the suspect until police arrived.

The suspect was arrested and taken to the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center.

Police believe a second suspect was involved in the attempted robbery and is still at large. The second suspect was seen driving a 2000-model tan Buick car.
