IMPD thanks former Colts player Jerrell Freeman for honoring them with tickets
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (March 17, 2016) — Over the last two years, former Indianapolis Colts player Jerrell Freeman donated a block of 10 tickets to the men and women of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
The department says Freeman wanted to honor them by allowing them to enjoy a game day experience that included a field visit, meal voucher and two game day tickets.
He also donated over 350 tickets to both the sworn and civilian workforce.
Now that Freeman has announced his decision to leave the Colts for the Chicago Bears, the department has expressed their thanks to the player on their Facebook page.
