Temperatures will be well above average today topping out in the mid 60s across the area. It will also be breezy with gusts up to 30 mph through this evening. A passing shower will be possible today, but overall we'll see a lot more dry time than wet...rain chances increase later this week.
By Wednesday night and Thursday, heavy rain will be possible. We'll carry a daily chance for rain through the weekend. As a result river flooding will be a concern heading into the weekend, especially across Western Indiana where we could see 3" of rain over the next six days.
Temperatures won't cool down this week. In fact we'll be on the brink of 70 near the middle of the week.
Pollen levels are also on the rise. Levels will be high on Tuesday, before some heavier rain on Wednesday & Thursday knock it down to more moderate levels.
