Deputies respond to report of one-year-old with drug paraphernalia

BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. (March 5, 2016) – The Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a report of a one-year-old found with drug paraphernalia.

Deputies were called to the 700 block of Della Road on March 4 around 8 p.m. At the scene, a man told the deputies that his one-year-old daughter has somehow managed to get a hold of what appeared to be drug paraphernalia.

The infant was transported to Columbus Regional Hospital and Child Protective Services were notified.

This incident remains under investigation.
